FAQ

I've never done a Hyrox. Is this for me?

Absolutely. Hyrox is built for everyday athletes, and first-timers are some of my favourite people to coach. We'll build your fitness and teach you the stations step by step.

What equipment do I need?

A gym with the basics is enough to start. If you don't have access to a sled, SkiErg or rower, I'll program smart alternatives.

How much time do I need to train?

We build the plan around the time you actually have. Six sessions per week is a common starting point, but we create a plan that works with your schedule, and dial up or down training volume to match your capabilities and goals.

Can I cancel?

Yes. There's no lock-in contract. Just give two weeks' notice.

Do you coach athletes outside Tasmania?

Yes. Online coaching works wherever you are.
