About
Hey, I'm Luke.
Hyrox Performance Coach, runner at heart, and a big believer that the best training plan is the one you'll love showing up for.
My story
I came to Hyrox as a runner. I loved the engine side of it, but my first experience of wall balls at the end of a race (a questionable 5:20) showed me how much I had to learn.
For the past two-plus years, I've raced Hyrox and learned from multiple high-level coaches along the way, including Chris Bayens (The Bayens Method), Meg Martin (Trained to Go) and James Kelly via PRVN. Every block I've trained through has shaped how I coach today.
Now I get to help other people feel what I felt crossing my first finish line, whether that's a first race or a shot at the podium.
How I coach
Balance over burnout
Movement quality, efficiency, aerobic capacity and race-day specificity, built with longevity in mind.
Know the why
I'll always explain why a session is in your plan, so you understand your training, not just follow it.
Community matters
Motivation fades. Accountability and good people around you are what keep you progressing.
